Refund Eligibility

If you’re having trouble activating your antivirus product:

  2. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, provide documentation, or assist in reactivation if needed.

If we are unable to resolve the problem within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
